Say Yes

Not feeling deserving

I forfeited joy

Waiting to purify myself

I postponed salvation

Until I realized

I have the rest of eternity

To get it right

And began to accept my inheritance

And spend it

Once you say YES

Love will carry you

Farther than you could ever travel alone

I’ll tell you a secret

But don’t squander it

In fact, tell everyone you know

You are beautiful beyond measure

All of you

Yes, every last unlovable part

Now, what are you going to do

About this gift

of your perfection?

How will you say YES

And what will it look like

Today

Tomorrow

And every moment

From now on?
